Nursing at Vanderbilt Psychiatric Hospital is charged with providing the highest quality care to individuals who live with a psychiatric disorder. Nursing is made up of registered nurses at all levels, as well as behavioral health specialists and medical receptionists who work collaboratively with other members of the interdisciplinary team. Nurses and behavioral health specialists are empowered to make decisions that impact practice and quality care.
