The HIDI Team

The Human Immunology Discovery Initiative

The Human Immunology Discovery Initiative (HIDI) is a collaborative project led by the VCI that aims to use coordinated cutting-edge immune profiling and informatics of patients with diverse immune-related disorders to identify detailed immune states, or phenotypes, that associate with genetic signatures and provide opportunities for education, biomarker and drug discovery, and personalized immune therapies.

Starting in July of 2019, the HIDI is supported by a Trans-Institutional Program grant from Vanderbilt University and involves faculty, centers, and institutes from both Vanderbilt University and Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
