Prostate Tissue Microarrays

The TMA application will not be accepted without accompanying antibody and IHC/IF assay validation data. Validation data should include full length westerns with positive and negative controls showing one band at the correct size and IHC/IF on tissues or cells that are known positive and negative controls. All antibody and IHC assay validation must be done by the submitting lab or the university-associated core facility.  We will not accept company antibody specification sheets as validation data. 

Users of the TMA will need to include Andries Zijlstra and Adel Eskaro as authors as well as acknowledge support from the NCI(1R01 CA143081 and R01CA218526).
