As a nurse, I have always been drawn to working with communities that have health-related social needs and building strong, well-rounded teams with a mission for access to care for all. At VUMC I have an amazing opportunity to work with clinicians and teams that are driven towards evidence-based care and the population most in need of our expertise. I brought with me 12 years of nursing and leadership experience in varying ambulatory settings that have helped inform my journey here within the Vanderbilt Adult Ambulatory Clinics. I have been fortunate to have been afforded the opportunity to continue to advance my own career alongside this amazing team.
