Tuesday
Learning Exchange Modules that must be completed > Click to launch LMS Search title and complete "2025 FY Adult Ambulatory Clinical Orientation Completion Package" (estimate to complete: 2-4 hours) |
Wednesday
eStar Self-Paced Learning Exchange Modules that must be completed • Enrollment sent to VUMC email • Two chances to pass • Notification of passing sent to VUMC email Licensed Staff must complete: "eStar Online Course: Ambulatory General Clinical 100/200 (Non-OB) Self-Paced Learning" (estimate to complete: 4-5 hours) Non-licensed staff must complete: "eStar Online Course: Ambulatory Clinic Basics Self-Paced Learning" (estimate to complete: 1.5-2hours) Computers are available at 2525 West End Ave for those needing access |
Thursday, 8am - 4:30pm
In-person Adult Ambulatory Clinical Orientation Skills Day for RNs, LPNs, and MAs (look in your VUMC email for invite from VMG Education) 3401 West End Avenue Suite 450 Before attending, the "Orientation Completion Package" and "eStar Training" must be completed. * Limited lunch/snack options are available in the building. Feel free to bring your own. |
Friday
Report to your assigned clinic at designated start time/shift. |
