Frank Bohem, MD honored with Human Relations Award

Frank Boehm, M.D., professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology, was honored with a 2014 Human Relations Award during the recent 43rdAnnual Human Relations Award Dinner held at Loews Vanderbilt Plaza.

The honor is in recognition of Boehm’s work as a teacher, physician, author and community activist. He was one of four Nashvillians honored with an award.

“One of my greatest rewards is having the ability to help others in need. I am very proud of my work at Vanderbilt and bringing quality care to pregnant women throughout Nashville and the region. I am proud that I have been able to teach physicians about the ethical parameters of health care and the importance of serving all patients equally.
