AIT Project/Product Intake Form
VUMC's Artificial Intelligence Technology (AIT) Committee is establishing a governance process for AI-enabled tools that may be or are being implemented at VUMC. As such, we request you submit AI projects or products for intake and review by the committee using the below REDCap form.
AIT's purview is operational (not research) projects and products that either already use or will use Artificial Intelligence (AI), currently defined very broadly. If you are interested in implementing a product or are currently working on a project at VUMC that uses AI, please fill out the form:
