Anna Lorenz

Anna Lorenz is a PhD student in human genetics under the co-mentorship of Dr. Timothy Hohman and Dr. Jennifer 'Piper' Below. Anna graduated from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, Germany, with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Art in Theatre Studies, Musicology, and Art History. She also holds a Master of Science in Cognitive Neuroscience from Free University of Berlin, Germany. Anna’s research interests include understanding the genomic architecture of white and grey matter neurodegeneration and its interaction with lipid metabolism utilizing neuroimaging and multiomics data.
