Lexie Hunsicker

Lexie Hunsicker joined Vanderbilt University Medical Center as the Administrative Assistant and Registrar for the Clinical Pastoral Education department in May 2024. Her role was expanded to Administrative Assistant for the Department of Spiritual Care in February 2025.

A native Minnesotan, Lexie moved to Nashville to pursue a bachelor's degree in Music Business in 2015. She graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 2018 and worked primarily in music publishing for several years. In 2023, she began discerning a call to health care chaplaincy, which led her to her current role at VUMC. Lexie is pursuing a Master of Divinity degree at Vanderbilt University.

Lexie is married to her college sweetheart, Jacob. They welcomed their first child, Amelia, in the fall of 2024 and have deeply enjoyed this new journey of parenthood. In her free time, you can find Lexie out enjoying nature, playing with her dog Milo, or indulging in one of her many creative passions including writing, painting or playing music.
