From the North:
I-65 to I-265 South to I-40 East. Take the Broadway/Demonbreun Street exit and turn right onto Broadway. Broadway will become West End Ave. Turn left on 21st Ave. S and continue to Medical Center Drive. Turn right on Medical Center Drive to access the East parking garage. From the East parking garage, walk between Vanderbilt University Hospital and Medical Center North and to the right to enter Medical Center North on the second floor at the Round Wing Patient Entrance. Once inside go left to reach the CRC front desk S2400 MCN. Valet parking is available at the entrance to the hospital or off of 21st avenue just past Medical Center Drive.
From the West:
I-40 to I440. Take the first West End Ave exit and turn left onto Murphy Rd. Turn left again onto West End. Turn right onto 21st Ave. and continue to Medical Center Drive. Turn right onto Medical Center Drive to access the main parking garages. From the main parking garage, walk between Vanderbilt University Hospital and Medical Center North and to the right to enter Medical Center North on the second floor at the Round Wing Patient Entrance. Once inside go left to reach the CRC front desk S2400 MCN. Valet parking is available at the entrance to the hospital or off of 21st Avenue just past Medical Center Drive.
From the East:

Main Hospital Parking Garage:
The parking garage across from the Hospital is open 24 hours a day. Valet parking is available at the entrance to the hospital or off of 21st Avenue. Patients and visitors may self park in designated posted levels. Exit Garage to ground level. Parking is free. Medical center maps are free and can be obtained from the Parking Permit Office located in the East Garage at the ground level.
