Bart Victor, Ph.D.

Professor Victor joined the Owen Graduate School of Managament faculty from the Institute for Management Development International (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland, where he was Professor of Management and Director of the Program for Management Development. Prior to IMD, Professor Victor was a faculty member at the University of North Carolina and University of Nebraska. After founding the Child Day Care Center in 1970, he operated centers in California, Illinois and New York until 1979. He then spent several years as a management consultant based in Washington, D.C. Professor Victor is a member of several professional organizations, including the Academy of Management and the International Association for Business and Society.
