Seeking a Vanderbilt employee to rent our house while I live out of state for fellowship. The rental start date is the end of June 2025 (flexible). The house is located in The Woodlands in Nashville (zip code 37211), which is about an 18-minute drive to the VUMC downtown campus and the VA. The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, plus a huge bonus room that we use as both an office and workout room. Total 2000 square feet. The house was built 10 years ago, so the kitchen and bathrooms are new.
