We have a very nice furnished 1 br condo to rent in the berry hill/melrose area. We love our condo, but our daughter, husband and grandson moved to Philly. We are in Nashville so much less that we are now ready to rent.
It is beautifully furnished and ready to move in mid-june '25. We'd like to rent for a year, but would consider six months. Rent is $2750.
One of our favorite things about the apartment is the private fenced patio. The staff there think this is the best apartment in the complex, because it is the only one with a private outdoor area. You can park on the street, and walk right through the gate to the back door!
