Private bedroom/bathroom in a 2 bed/2 bath in the Nations, ~10 minute drive from VUMC (little less in the morning, little more in the evening). Common areas (kitchen/living room) fully furnished including new appliances, full sized washer/dryer, 70" TV (with surround sound and pretty much all of the streaming services), good sized fenced in backyard, ample street parking. Rent includes everything (electric/water/wifi/lawn care).
Nations is a great area that a lot of residents live with tons of restaurants/bars, suburban feel while still being only ~10 minutes from downtown/Gulch/12S/midtown.
I'm a male resident with a fairly busy schedule, have had roommates since freshman year in college and have always had great experiences.
