Work/Life Connections-EAP
Do you know about the Faculty and Physician Wellness Program of Work/Life Connections-EAP?
It is a benefit for the physicians, faculty and staff at Vanderbilt. This program also services spouses and same sex domestic partners. Residency is a challenging time for all. There are all kinds of adjustments including being in a new city, getting used to the demanding schedules of the Resident, making friends, and learning about resources. This can put a strain on individuals, couples, and families. The goal of the program is to connect you with resources when life is challenging. This program is like a "travel agent" or "Kayak" for psychological support services.
