Mission
RAPID-LHS Services are an academic and health system partnership to improve the effectiveness and implementation of initiatives to enhance health care delivery and patient outcomes. We support health system initiatives and investigator-initiated studies by applying rigorous methods to integrate evidence-based practices into patient care delivery and evaluate their impact.
Support
RAPID-LHS Services can provide either consultation or ongoing collaboration. We will determine the type of support for your project based on project needs, available resources, and health system priorities, with guidance from a Review Panel of academic and health system leaders.
- Consultation: individual or group consultation with learning health system experts to provide input on specific aspects of the initiative (e.g., design, implementation, data/evaluation, dissemination/scholarship). Ongoing support is available via connection to existing research and health system resources and repeat consultation sessions.
- Collaboration: initial consultation followed by development of a project proposal for Review Panel approval. Ongoing support is then tailored to project needs over 3-12 months.
