Resources

As the Trauma Injury Prevention Program at Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt, our goal is to first prevent traumatic injury, but also to provide interventions whenever possible. By understanding socioeconomic and population data in the Middle Tennessee region, we can understand trends in order to plan and execute programming that will improve health and safety amongst our pediatric population. Our community engagement with local nonprofits, law enforcement, first responders, schools, and government officials allow us to target the most vulnerable populations to provide education, safety equipment, and hands-on training for families.

The Educational resources you'll find on our website are from trusted, verified sources and we will work to bring you the most current information as it becomes available to us. Thank you for learning about our program!
