The ITR Discovery Panel has been optimized on the following human FFPE tissues:
• Breast
• Colon
• Lung
• Melanoma
• Prostate
• Renal Cell Carcinoma
• Lymph node
• Thymus
• Tonsil
If your tissue of interest is not included in this list, we will need to validate this panel on one of your tissue samples to ensure image quality is consistent with expected results before staining your entire cohort.
We stock the ITR Discovery Panel antibodies in our inventory, which allows us to offer this panel as a bundle. If you would like to add antibodies to this panel, we can do so at an additional cost, as we do have experience with several other biomarkers.
