We are so excited to offer the PhenoCycler (formerly CODEX) as a new core service through the Innovative Translational Shared Resource at the Vanderbilt Ingram Cancer Center! The CODEX is a highly multiplexed immunofluorescence system that provides spatial characterization of the tissue microenvironment at the single cell level and uses single step staining to preserve tissue integrity and an automated process of imaging biomarkers using the PhenoCycler instrument and Keyence BZ-X 810 microscope.
Please browse our sub-menu links to find out more about the ITR's PhenoCycler services.
If you are interested in starting a PhenoCycler project, please visit the "Request Services" tab to find our contact information and our Project Intake Form.
This work was supported by grant 1S10OD030338-01 for the CODEX System for Automated and Highly Multiplexed Immunofluorescence, housed in the Vanderbilt Immunophenotyping Shared Resource/Innovative Translational Research Shared Resource.
