What We Do
We communicate complex information in as simple a way as possible, making data clear so that business decisions regarding the trainings offered by Learning & Development can be effectively made. We meet with teams to discuss their data needs and develop means to meet them. We do this by:
- Researching, collecting data, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards centered around offerings from within Learning & Development
- Applying quantitative and qualitative analysis to see beyond numbers and to help inform decisions
- Providing summary documentation on the acquired results of the analysis
- Partnering across Learning & Development teams to help investigate and fulfill data requirements
Tableau Dashboards
One of the ways we meet the analytical needs surrounding the trainings we offer here at VUMC is through Tableau dashboards, which we utilize for complex, routine or seasonal reporting.
These dashboards are available to view by those with access to the HR Tableau Server, and can be found here: VUMC HR Learning & Development Project.
