Upon completing residency, many neurologists choose to pursue further fellowship training within their fields of specialization. Within each division, fellows will gain expertise following patients and/or conducting research while forming invaluable relationships with their more experienced colleagues. Upon completion, fellows are fully equipped to care for complex patients within a given subspecialty.
The Department of Neurology offers ACGME fellowship programs in:
- Clinical Neurophysiology (1-2 years)
- Adult Epilepsy, Pediatric Epilepsy
- Neuromuscular Disorders
- Sleep Disorders
- Vascular Neurology
The Department of Neurology also provides non-ACGME fellowships in:
