Please Note: It's flu season (10/1 - 3/31), so a flu vaccination is required to shadow at our facilities. If you are exempt, please upload a signed document from a provider to the application, and also note it in the "goals/objectives" space of the application. Thank you.
Deadlines & Timing
Applications must be received at least 30 days before the anticipated observation experience date unless a preceptor has pre-approved prior arrangements.
Observation confirmations may take longer than 30 days to confirm. If observation requests cannot be fulfilled, the applicant will be notified by email.
Fees
There are no application fees to participate. Non-Vanderbilt staff member applicants 18+ are responsible for background check costs (minimum $36.25).
