Physicians who would like to place a referral to the outpatient toxicology clinic can call the Tennessee Poison Center’s Administrative Office at 615-936-0760. The Administrative Office hours are 7:30am – 4:00pm (CST), Monday- Friday. A medical toxicologist will review the referral prior to any appointments to ensure our clinic can best serve your patient.
