How to Sharpen Your Health Habits This Summer

HealthPlus has debuted a new program—Spring Into Summer—to support employees in maintaining weight during the summer season. The program guides participants in “snacking smarter” and other good nutritional habits.

Many of us rely on snacks to help bridge the gap between meals and maintain energy throughout the day, but we might not always realize how to make those snacks healthy and balanced. A smart snack is between 100-200 calories and includes a protein and a carbohydrate. Use this flyer to find simple and portable snack pairings.
