The recent Pop Health Well-being Survey indicated a desire from many of you for more awareness of the benefits available to you as a VUMC employee. Based on that feedback, our Employee Engagement-Retention Committee launched the Pop Health Employee Concierge Service to connect you to the wealth of discounts, programs and services that are within reach.
Our 30,000-employee institution is a vast one, and it can take months, even years, to realize how many resources are at our fingertips. With the new service, experienced team members can connect you to programs for mindfulness, stress management, healthy eating, spiritual care, childcare, college counseling and many more.
