John A. Phillips III, MD

Dr. Phillips is a Clinical, Biochemical and Molecular Geneticist who was the Director of the Tennessee State Genetics Center at Vanderbilt University Medical Center for 33 years. He has diagnosed, treated, and cared for many children and adults with different genetic diseases including congenital malformations, chromosomal, Mendelian, and metabolic disorders. Dr. Phillips serves as Co-PI of the UDN site at Vanderbilt. He sees many UDN and VUDP participants in consultation.
