Most individuals with mental disorders do not receive any treatment at all, and those who do often have difficulty accessing high quality care. Recent advances in technology might offer novel solutions to these challenges. Dr. Wilhelm will discuss a number of technology-based solutions to our field’s challenges including internet and smartphone-based cognitive behavioral therapy.
