Victor J. Legner, MD
Dr. Victor J. Legner is a board-certified geriatrician and an Associate Professor of Medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Dr. Legner has clinical expertise in care of older adults, including individuals with cognitive decline and dementia, and he sees patients in the Division of Geriatric Medicine. Dr. Legner is an investigator in the Vanderbilt Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center.
Dr. Legner completed medical school at Rush Medical College, an internal medicine residency at Mayo Clinic, a geriatric medicine fellowship at University of Washington, and an advanced geriatrics fellowship at Veteran Affairs Puget Sound Health Care System. Dr. Legner also completed a master’s degree in epidemiology at University of Washington. He joined the Vanderbilt faculty in 2016.
