Respiratory Care Department Vision and Mission Statement
As health care professionals, we will strive to deliver the highest quality patient care with compassion and patient focus with wisest utilization of resources. We strive to uphold the ethic of respiratory care by maintaining professional licensure and personal moral standards. It is also standard practice for us to facilitate cooperation and communication between other health care professionals in order to strive for improved patient care. Along with the quality-of-care standards we support research and education on state-of-the-art treatments and therapies where efforts could improve health and could prevent disease. Our staff provide disease prevention activities for students, faculty, practitioners, patients and the general public.
