GETTING STARTED
Notify pharmacy you want to pick up from ScriptCenter and share your cell number.
Order your prescriptions like normal.
When your prescriptions are loaded into the ScriptCenter locker you will receive a text with your claim check pick up code. Large or refrigerated items will not go in the ScriptCenter.
Report to ScriptCenter and type or scan your claim check code and enter the patients DOB to pick up.

Any Vanderbilt employee and their dependents.
Who fills my prescriptions and how do they get in ScriptCenter?
Prescriptions are filled by the pharmacy and loaded into ScriptCenter for you to pick up at your convenience.
When will my prescriptions be ready in ScriptCenter?
Prescriptions will be ready by the next day if possible and are loaded at 10 AM and 3 PM each day.
Can I pick up all my prescriptions from ScriptCenter?
Prescriptions requiring refrigeration or containing large items must be picked up from the pharmacy counter.
Is a pharmacist available if I have additional questions?
Yes, call 615-936-6337 during pharmacy hours to speak with a pharmacist.
How long will my prescriptions be available in ScriptCenter?
Prescriptions not picked up within 10 days will be returned to the pharmacy.
Does ScriptCenter follow patient privacy rules?
Yes, ScriptCenter is fully compliant with HIPAA patient privacy policies. Your personal and medical information is always safe and secure.
Is there a charge for using ScriptCenter?
No. ScriptCenter is a FREE service.
