About Endocrine Surgery
The goal of the Vanderbilt Endocrine Surgery Center is to provide the best overall care for individuals with problems related to the endocrine and neuroendocrine system (the thyroid gland, parathyroid glands, adrenal glands, and entero/pancreatic system). The treatment success of our Center is based on the multidisciplinary team approach to patient care that is the standard of excellence throughout Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
We combine the diagnostic and treatment strengths of experts from numerous medical fields including medical endocrinologists, endocrine surgeons, radiologists, nuclear radiologists, ultrasonographers, ophthalmologists, cytopathologists, medical oncologists, nephrologists, and advanced practice nurses. This enables us to unify state-of-the-art treatment options into a treatment plan that gives our patients the highest quality and greatest continuity of care.
