Jeanette Hurwitz

Jeanette Hurwitz is an undergraduate senior at Vanderbilt University studying Medicine, Health, and Society, Sociology, and Language Sciences. Originally from Boston, Jeanette loves to spend her time hiking, trying new vegetarian foods, petting dogs, and volunteering. She is looking forward to being a speech-language pathologist for children in low-income areas in the future. Her current research focus is in the development of better and more succinct methods of characterizing vocal fold lesions in order to improve communication between voice care providers.
