I joined Vanderbilt after a long career with PHI Air Medical, most recently serving as director of ambulance operations, overseeing 82 air medical bases and more than 900 employees. I started my nursing career as a neonatal/pediatric critical care transport nurse with Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. The best part of being a nurse leader at VUMC is the opportunity to have a positive impact on someone’s life and help our team members be successful in any endeavor.
