Find your Microsoft 365 Exchange Online Archive
From a Workstation
From a workstation with Microsoft Outlook installed, find your archive on the left menu bar under your personal inbox. The folder will have the name ''Archive'' in it.

As previously announced, VUMC IT is covering the cost to replace all workstations currently using a Windows 7 operating system with a new device. Many of you reached out to us to start the process and we extended your original July 1 Device Disable Date to November 15, 2022. We need some final information so we can bring you your new device!
New telephony technology coming to VTHH
September 27, 2022
Beginning Q4 2022, VUMC IT will finalize the upgrade of telephony technology at Vanderbilt Tullahoma-Harton Hospital (VTHH) and clinic locations. The team has been working for several months to set up new equipment and lines. To complete the project, VTHH staff will get new Cisco phones and outbound calls will be standardizing to 10-digits preceded by a “9”.
New Cisco Phones
VUMC IT Voice Services team will switch out old phones with new Cisco phones by the end of Q4 2022.

What you need to know: Microsoft retires one of its authentication methods

Microsoft is retiring basic authentication types for email connections. Workforce members who utilize this authentication method will be required to take action to maintain access to VUMC Email, Calendaring, and Contacts.
Basic authentication is being retired because it does not support modern security standards such as Multi-Factor Authentication.
