The Vanderbilt community is eligible to save up to 10% on Hewlett Packard consumer products through the Hewlett Packard Academy Program. Vanderbilt students, instructors, faculty, administration, alumni, former students, and parents of students can participate in this program.
Annual limits apply to discounted purchases. Limits are subject to change and currently allow you to buy two HP or Compaq desktop or notebook computers, two monitors, eight other hardware products such as printers and cameras, and twenty each of accessories, ink, paper, and toner per calendar year. Products purchased are for personal use and not for resale.

All systems come with Windows 7 Home Premium. Vanderbilt students can upgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate for free and employees can upgrade for $9.75 through the Vanderbilt Software Store.
In addition, students can get Office for free through the Software Store and employees can buy Office for $9.95 through the Microsoft Home Use Program (http://its.vanderbilt.edu/microsoft).
