Each employee can optionally order a Backup DVD for $13.99 and a Language Pack for $9.95. Backup DVDs ship in 1-2 weeks. All Office orders include a download and product key.
Microsoft only allows each employee to buy one copy of Office (either Office for PC or Office for Mac) through HUP. If you previously bought Office 2011 for Mac, you are not eligible to buy Office 2013 for Windows.
