Congratulations Heather and Lacy Lab alumna Stacey (Rutherford) Seeback for their contributions toward understanding the role of bile acids on the structure and function of C. difficile toxin B, recently published in PNAS.

As a follow-up to the binary toxin work published in Nature Micro, Mike, Dave, and Audrey have published the structure of the full transferase (cell-binding with enzymatic component) in PNAS. More excellent cryo-EM work!
