Symposium registration is offered for the full conference only. Attendees may choose to attend as many or as few sessions as they like.

There is a 7 day cancellation policy.

In the event of cancellation or rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances, Vanderbilt University Medical Center will refund registration fees in full.
