Gary T. Smith, MD

Dr. Smith earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Dallas, Southwestern Medical School, and completed residencies in Internal Medicine at the University of Tennessee Medical Center and in Nuclear Medicine at UCLA and the University of Tennessee Medical Center at Knoxville. He is an honors graduate from the University of Tennessee and practiced at the University of Tennessee Graduate School of Medicine from 1990-2009 before joining the Vanderbilt faculty as Professor of Clinical Radiology and Radiological Sciences.
