​​​​​​Kayla Kuehn currently serves as a Clinical Staff Leader for the Holding Room and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). She received her first degree in Health Science from the University of Missouri (go Tigers!) and her BSN from Goldfarb School of Nursing at Barnes Jewish. Kayla started her nursing career in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at St. Louis Children's Hospital. Kayla moved to Nashville in 2019, where she worked in the PICU at Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt. Kayla transferred to the HR/PACU in 2021 and accepted the role as a CSL in 2023. In her free time, Kayla enjoys traveling as much as possible, cooking and baking, spending time in coffee shops, taking long walks with her dog Piper, and being around her family and friends.
