LeighAnn Chadwell, MSN, RN, NE-BC

LeighAnn Chadwell is the Interim Associate Nursing Officer of Perioperative and Procedural Services, Pediatric Trauma, Injury Prevention, and Project Adam. She began her career at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital in 1998 as a nurse in the Neonatal ICU and transitioned to the Children’s perioperative team in 2003 where she has served as a staff nurse, clinical staff leader, and manager.  LeighAnn is dedicated to ensuring high quality, compassionate patient and family-centered care.  She leads a team of highly engaged and skilled nurses, care partners, and medical receptionists committed to providing an excellent patient-family experience and improving patient outcomes.  As a member of the American Society of PeriAnesthesia Nurses (ASPAN) LeighAnn serves on several committees at a national level.  In her free time she enjoys traveling with her husband and son and spending time with family and friends.
