Molly Napier, RN, BSN

Molly Napier currently serves as a Clinical Staff Leader for the Holding Room, Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), and Radiology Recovery. She received her BSN in 2014 from the University of Memphis and worked at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital on the Medical Specialties Unit. Molly transferred to Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt in 2016, where she worked on the Pediatric Trauma and Surgery Unit as a staff nurse. She transferred to HR/PACU in 2017, and she accepted the role of CSL in June 2021. Molly completed her MSN in 2020 from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and is a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner in primary care. In her free time, Molly enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
