Dr. Ashley Eaves is an Assistant Professor of Clinical in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) and the Department of Anesthesiology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, specializing in Pain Medicine.

This Iowa native earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Chicago, received a Masters in Medical Science from Boston University, and graduated with her medical degree from Tulane University in New Orleans. She completed her residency in PM&R at the University of Washington in Seattle, where she also served as President of the Network of Underrepresented Residents and Fellows in her final year there. She went on to complete a Comprehensive Pain and Spine Medicine Fellowship at Wake Forest Baptist in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Dr. Eaves enjoys collaborating with patients to develop a treatment plan to improve their function and quality of life. She is passionate about improving diversity, equity, and inclusion in patient care, medical education and training, and community engagement.
