Medical School: University of Cincinnati College of Medicine

Career Plans and Interests: Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Medical Education, Sports Medicine,

Interventional Spine.

Why VUMC: My interview with Vanderbilt was one of my favorites. Although a relatively new program, the vision and

accomplishments of the department in such a short time speak for themselves. More importantly, the people in the

department could not have been more welcoming, energetic, and encouraging. I’m excited to call this place home for the

next 4 years!

Outside Interests/Hobbies: Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, I attended the University of Cincinnati where I

received a B.S. in Medical Sciences. My love for the Cincinnati Bengals and Skyline Chili was too strong so I stayed at

the University of Cincinnati for medical school where I discovered a passion for PM&R. I continued exploring this passion

in community athletics and medical education.

In my free time, I enjoy running (to explore, not to be fast), cooking, playing video games with my friends and

nephews, and consuming any form of media regarding the Cincinnati Bengals.
