Robert Rinaldi, M.D., is a Professor of Pediatrics and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He graduated from medical school in 1991 from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, completed general pediatrics residency training at Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City MO, and completed residency training in PM&R at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, KS. 

He is board certified in both Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine. Dr Rinaldi has served on numerous national committees including the American Academy of PM&R Board of Governors, the American Board of PM&R Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine Subcommittee, and the Foundation for PM&R Board of Directors, amongst others. 

He presently serves as a Co-Chair on the American Academy of PM&R BOLD Strategic Steering Committee. He has authored numerous textbook chapters and papers in various PM&R related topics and serves as co-editor for the Handbook of Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine.  Dr. Rinaldi has been in practice for over 25 years, with clinical and research interests in the rehabilitation of neuromuscular conditions and peripheral nerve injuries, clinical applications in virtual health, and intraoperative neurophysiologic monitoring.
