VUMC Radiology is pleased to welcome Aleksandra 'Nina' Miucin, MD, to the department as an Assistant Professor and member of the MSK Radiology section!
Dr. Miucin joins us from Arizona, where she's worked as an attending radiologist for the Valleywise Health Medical Center in Phoenix. She will work remotely for our department from Arizona.
A graduate of American University of Antigua College of Medicine, Dr. Miucin completed her diagnostic radiology residency at Creighton University before going on to a fellowship in MSK imaging at Duke.
As a trainee, Dr. Miucin served as chief resident and received numerous leadership awards including Resident of the Year. While working at Valleywise Health, she was selected as Teacher of the Year in 2023.
