Xiaoyu Jiang, Ph.D.

Research Assistant Professor
Clinical Radiology & Radiological Sciences

Xiaoyu Jiang, PhD, earned his undergraduate in Engineering Physics and his masters degree in Physics at Tsinghua University in Beijing, China and his PhD in Chemistry from Washington University in St. Louis, MO. He completed his postdoctoral training at Vanderbilt University Institute of Imaging Science (VUIIS), which focused on development, validation, and evaluation of advanced MRI techniques, including temporal diffusion spectroscopy imaging and quantitative magnetic transfer imaging, in preclinical and translational cancer imaging. He joined the Vanderbilt faculty in 2018 as Research Instructor in Radiology and Radiological Sciences. In 2022, he was promoted to Research Assistant Professor.
