Leadership Development Program
The Vanderbilt Radiology Leadership Development ProgramTM (RLDP) is designed to provide our residents with the leadership skills they need to excel in whatever career path they choose.
The RLDP is comprised of five core areas, and is divided into two tiers, for focused leadership training:
- Business and Management
- Research and Design
- Quality, Safety and Service
- Education
- Technology and Innovation
