Priscilla J. Slanetz, M.D., M.P.H.
Dr. Slanetz is Professor of Radiology at Boston University Chobanian and Avedisian School of Medicine. As a practicing breast radiologist at Boston Medical Center, she provides breast care to the most vulnerable patients in the city as part of a multidisciplinary team. Her clinical research interests lie in healthcare disparities, evaluation of imaging technologies in breast cancer detection, and artificial intelligence. Her educational interests focus on curricular development and assessment. To date, she has over 270 publications and has given over 130 regional and national presentations. Nationally, Dr. Slanetz is Immediate Past President of the Association of Academic Radiology (formerly AUR), Past President of the Massachusetts Radiological Society, and Chair of the Commission on Publications and Lifelong Learning (CoPLL) for the American College of Radiology. She is a Fellow of the American College of Radiology, Society of Breast Imaging, American Association for Women Radiologists, and Association of University Radiologists.
