Tiffany Phillips is the Program Manager with the Surgical Outcomes Center for Kids (SOCKs) at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital. Tiffany holds a graduate degree in Healthcare Administration Management, emphasizing Strategic Innovation and Change Management, from Colorado State University. Prior to coming to Vanderbilt, Tiffany worked as an Assistant Director in Oncology Field Reimbursement with Xcenda, an AmerisourceBergen Corporation. There she worked with outpatient oncology clinics across the southwest and mid-west states, assisting providers offices and outpatient hospitals in resolving complex coverage and reimbursement issues that may create barriers for patients who are accessing chemotherapy. In Tiffany's current position, she oversees the creation, coordination and execution of the SOCKs program.
